The rooms are spacious with ample sunlight but need attention due to dampness and stained/torn bedsheets. The bathrooms are well-maintained. The staff, although polite and professional, had issues accommodating guests with prepaid vouchers. The hotel is perfect for its location but can get a bit crowded at times. While the European food options were satisfactory, more dining choices could enhance the overall experience.
